Part of Government Lots 1 and 2 of the Norwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 7 North, Range 31 West, Fort Smith Sebastian County, Arkansas.  Being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Government Lot 2; thence N 87 14'55"W, 211.71 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Massard Road; thence 662.43 feet along the arc of a curve to the left in said westerly right-of-way line; ;said curve having a radius of 2546.73 feet and being subtended by a chord having a bearing of S00 D 51'34" W and a distance of 660.56 feet to a set 1/2' rebar with cap stamped MWC 1369 on the southerly right-of-way line of Planter's Road and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said westerly right-of-way line and 1304.89 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 2546.73 feet and being subtended by a chord having a bearing of S21 16'14" E and a distance of 1290.66 feet to a set 1/2" rebar with cap stamped MWC 1369; thence continuing along said westerly right-of-way line, S74 26'40" W, 48.42 feet to an existing 1/2" iron pin, at which point said right-of-way line diverges woutheasterly; thence continuingS74 26'40" W, 314.25 feet to a set 1/2" rebar with cap stamped MWC 1369; thence N21 04'57" W, 1064.67 feet to an existing 1/2" rebar; thence N00 D 37'43" E, 293.91 feet to an existing 1/2" rebar on said southerly right-of-way line of Planter's Road; thence along said southerly right-of-way line, N87 12'47" E, 261.23 feet to the Point of Beginning.  Containing 8.94 acres, more or less.  Less and except minerals and mineral rights.
