Public Record Access

Circuit Court uses Court Connect for all cases.  For older cases prior to 2015, use the iSeries.  A public kiosk is available in the lobby of the Circuit Clerk Office in Fort Smith and also in the Greenwood Courthouse.  Before proceeding, please read the disclaimer.
