Information is available on civil, criminal, Domestic Relations and Probate cases that occurred within Sebastian County. For Attorneys: This information includes defendant name, case number, date of birth, plaintiff name (where applicable), offense(s), attorney(s) name and case disposition.

II. Historical Information

All information contained in the Circuit Clerk database are cases that originated in Sebastian County. The Circuit Clerk database includes cases filed from 1988 to present. Some cases prior to 1988 have been indexed. ALL Probate cases are indexed.

III. Reliability of Information.

This site reflects the electronic record of the cases presented and may not always reflect the information maintained within the official case file. The data may not be reliable in the sense that further action may occur in the case that would affect the record.
