Greenwood District Court

The Greenwood District Court maintains all Court records for Sebastian County, excluding City of Fort Smith, City of Barling, and Central City.   This Court is a limited jurisdiction court which processes criminal, traffic, civil and small claims cases.  Services provided include:  filing of various documents (case filings, tickets, motions, petitions, etc.), the collection of applicable filing fees, issuance of subpoenas, and assisting the public with information pertaining to warrants, drivers license issues and various court orders.

Court Clerks are not allowed to give legal advise.  Anyone in need of legal advice must contact an attorney.
