What do you need to get a marriage license?
• Issued Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Both parties must be 18 years or older and have certified proof of age (State-issued birth certificate, valid driver’s license)
• The cost is $60.00 (no checks please)
• Certified copies of Marriage Licenses are available for $5.00.

What are the steps necessary to become a poll worker?
First, you must be a registered voter in Sebastian County. Voter registration forms are available at the Sebastian County Clerk’s office in Fort Smith (telephone 479-782-5065) or Greenwood (telephone 479-996-4195). Second, there is a poll worker information form you must complete and return to the Sebastian County Election Commission Coordinator [email link] or fax: 479-784-1571). Third, you must attend a training session that makes you eligible for placement as a worker for future elections.
