Sebastian County is committed to an open and transparent government. Below are resources that will continue to be up-to-date with reports and information to keep our citizens informed.
Sebastian County will be happy to comply with Freedom of Information requests, as provided by Arkansas state law. The Arkansas Press Association has an excellent handbook available that makes the law clear for Arkansas citizens requesting information and for those of us responsible for meeting or exceeding the requirements for complying with the citizen’s request. The County has a FOIA request system available called NextRequest. The NextRequest system allows you to search previous requests made by anyone using that system. The requested records and documents will be available to download on the NextRequest system. However, if you need printed paper copies, paper copies of existing documents can be reproduced for 25 cents per page.
