RunWalk Arkansas 2025

We are excited to announce that RunWalk Arkansas, formerly known as Chaffee Strong, will be returning for its 4th year this spring!

Kickoff:  Monday, March 3rd, at 6pm. @ Ben Geren Park Safe Shelter

The clinic will be held on Mondays and Thursdays starting March 10th. We will conclude the 8 weeks with a 5K on Saturday, May 10th, along with a kids fun run.

This free 9-week clinic is designed for individuals who want to start or return to running, as well
as those who prefer walking. Our clinic offers two sessions each week led by dedicated leaders
who are there to guide participants through safe and enjoyable activities.

The clinic concludes with a 5k race, which is often the first race for many of our participants.
For just $35 participants will receive a finisher's medal, a race shirt, and valuable training in
stretching and injury prevention techniques. This year, we are proud to introduce our
presenting sponsor, Rheem. Additionally, we will be partnering with Sebastian County Parks
and Recreation to showcase and improve our local trails through the proceeds of this event.
This is a great opportunity for Sebastian County Employees to start getting into healthy habits
and ultimately participate in the 5K,
