Burglary and Breaking or Entering Suspects Captured Property Recovered

Over the course of the last several weeks the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office began to investigate several reports of residential burglary and breaking or entering in the Southwest part of the County. 

            Information developed through investigation began to point at two men from the Greenwood area as being viable suspects.  The SCSO followed up on the information and with the assistance of the Greenwood Police Department and State Parole were able to arrest two individuals.

            A Parole search was conducted on Grinnel Circle in Greenwood on 1-10-14.  This duplex was the listed residence of Josh and Justin Wilkerson.  The search revealed drugs, paraphernalia, and stolen property.

            Among the items recovered were lawn equipment, hand tools, motorcycle accessories, and a washing machine.  The total value of the items recovered is several thousand dollars.    

            Josh Wilkerson was charged with Parole Violation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Residential Burglary, and Theft of Property.  Josh Wilkerson of Hartford is 26 years of age.  Justin Wilkerson of Hartford is 19 years of age.  Justin was charged the same as his brother but also added was Delivery of Methamphetamine.

            Investigators are continuing to follow up with the victims on the return of the items to the rightful owners.
