* There is a $25 fee for inflatables.

Meeting Room Prices:                                                $75  Half Bay (meeting room only) occupys 40 people      $150 Full Bay (meeting room only) occupys 80 people       Full Building rental $300 per time slot which includes outside deck & sitting areas                                                    Entire Complex including Golf $1000.00 all day rental.

Deposits: $50.00 refundable deposit due at time of reservation for meeting rooms only.                            $200.00 refundable deposit due at time of reservation for Full building and entire complex rental

Half Bay $160 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Full Bay $260 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
$200 Refundable deposit due at time of reservation. ($100 Damage, $100 Cleaning) Deposit will be refunded if there is no damage and cleaning is not needed.
Half Bay Rental Capacity - 149 persons
Full Bay Rental Capacity - 299 persons

Deposits must be made by Check or Money Order. No Refunds: Rain Checks may be given if the event is cancelled with (7) business days of the standing reservations
Closing hours are seasonal, check with the Office Manager or Park Security for specific times. By County Ordinance, this is absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRINKING anywhere in the park, park buildings, parking lots or trails.
No outside Vendors without prior approval by Sebastian County. An Even Permit Application form must be submitted along with a signed Rental Rules and Regulations form. (Links below) Other charges may apply.
